Does Regent Seven Seas Cruises offer private jet service?
In order to enhance your luxury travel experience, Regent Seven Seas Cruises has partnered with Private Jet Services Group. This partnership provides VIP and group charter services for your air travel needs. Accommodating 20 to 106 guests, PJS airliners feature VIP-configured cabins including lounges, staterooms and stand-up bars. A dedicated onboard concierge accompanies every flight. PJS guests save time by departing from smaller airports closer to home and avoid time-consuming travel to meet connecting flights. May I choose specific airlines, flights and times with Regent Air?
Air routing, air carriers and schedules are at the discretion of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. A preliminary air schedule will be sent 75 days prior to departure.
If you prefer immediate confirmation, flights may be confirmed within 270 days of sailing for a non-refundable administrative change fee plus a possible fare differential.
Deposit must be provided before air is confirmed.
Can economy air be upgraded using frequent flyer mileage?
Regent Seven Seas Cruises uses contracted fares, which do not allow mileage upgrades.
Can I be confirmed on the same flights as my friends and family, and will there be a fee charged to do so?
At the time of booking, please ask your RegentCruises.com Cruise Expert to cross-reference your booking with your friends and family. Regent Seven Seas Cruises will do everything possible to confirm your flights together. There is no additional fee to cross-reference your bookings unless you request a specific flight or schedule.
How is air arranged through Regent Seven Seas Cruises?
Air transportation is based on Economy/Coach or similar class of service on scheduled or charter services of IATA, U.S. or international air carriers. Regent reserves the right to choose the air carrier, routing and scheduling to and from each city and the right to substitute charter flights for scheduled air and vice versa. Service is subject to availability.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises air schedules are restricted by contracts with participating air carriers. Airline tickets are non-transferable and may not be reissued or exchanged for another air carrier/route.
You will be responsible for any cancellation or rebooking charges assessed by the airline for changes.
If available, you may upgrade to Business or First Class air service upon payment of the applicable airfare. Regent Seven Seas Cruises does not redeem airline frequent flyer miles for upgrades. Possible mileage redemption is at the sole discretion of the airline and must be handled directly with the participating carrier.
To confirm airline seat assignments, add frequent flyer numbers to airline records or request special meals please contact your RegentCruises.com Cruise Expert; these services cannot be fulfilled by Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
