Are business services available?
Computers are available onboard, along with business equipment including fax machine and copy services. Internet access and WiFi are available throughout the ship for a nominal fee. Fax reception is complimentary; fax transmission and ship-to-shore phone calls are available at standard tariffs. The only Adobe-based software available onboard is Acrobat Reader. Mobile cellular networks on your Regent Seven Seas vessels are accessible by most mobile phones. You must have service with one of the 220 carriers worldwide that have a roaming agreement with Wireless Maritime Service. Not all prepaid phones are currently supported. When the ship is sailing out of range of land-based mobile phone networks, mobile phone service will still be available. When the ship is in port, you can connect to local roaming networks as permitted by your service provider. Rates for usage of your cellular phone are determined by your service provider Please note that calls to 800, 888, 866, and 877 numbers are not toll free. You will be billed by your service provider for your international roaming usage on your regular mobile phone bill. It can take up to 60 days for charges acquired while using your cellular phone to appear on your phone bill. For more information, please contact your service provider customer advisor.
Are laundry/valet services available?
Yes, Regent Seven Seas Cruises provides laundry and valet services, including pressing and dry cleaning, for a nominal fee. You may arrange these services through your Stewardess. Onboard Seven Seas Navigator, Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Voyager, self-service laundries including irons and ironing boards are located on select decks. Self service laundry is free of charge, with detergent provided.
Are there beauty/barber services provided?
Canyon Ranch SpaClub offers a full menu of services for men and women, including sophisticated hair design, luxurious facials, spa manicures and pedicures. Beauty salon services and spa treatments are available by appointment on all Regent ships. For your convenience, you may reserve your Canyon Ranch SpaClub treatment by calling Canyon Ranch at 877-329-1924 beginning 60 days prior to your cruise. Are there special activities for children?
Regent Seven Seas Cruises' Club Mariner program is a complimentary youth program offered on select voyages designed for age groups 5-8, 9-12 and 13-17. Activities are supervised by a staff of experienced and enthusiastic youth counselors. Young travelers will enjoy all kinds of exciting, interactive activities during the voyage. Can I send mail onboard?
Outbound mail service and postage are available on all Regent ships at a nominal charge.
Can I exchange foreign currency onboard?
Yes, you may purchase certain currency from the reception. All onboard foreign currency exchange transactions will be charged to your onboard account and a 5% transaction fee will be applied. Regent Seven Seas Cruises is unable to provide all currencies, however most can be found within the ship's terminal.
Do Regent ships offer medical services?
Each ship has a licensed and registered doctor and nurse for professional and emergency services, which are available at customary charges. The ships' medical centers are designed to provide medical care for certain temporary illnesses and accidents, and are not intended or capable of providing on-going treatment of pre-existing medical conditions. If you require oxygen equipment, an oxygen concentrator is the only form of oxygen equipment allowed aboard, and is not provided by Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Wheelchairs on board are for emergency purposes only.
Do Regent ships offer religious services onboard?
Non-denominational services are available onboard when possible.
Do Regent ships provide wheelchairs for passengers?
No, you will need to provide your own wheelchair, except in an emergency.
How can I give someone a gift onboard?

Is Internet access available?
Internet access and WiFi are available throughout the ship, including most suites, for a nominal fee. Centrally-located Internet Cafes are available on each Regent ship for your convenience. Internet speed is generally available at 640kb, but does vary. Please be advised that bandwidth-heavy applications such as Skype and MagicJack are not permitted to be used onboard. If you are utilizing a mobile device that accesses the internet via a cellular carrier's network (4G for example) instead of the ship's wireless access, it will be treated as if you were using your cell phone and roaming charges will apply. Any costs associated will be billed directly through your cell phone provider, and not through the ship.
Is there shopping onboard?
The ships' boutiques offer a selection of designer fashions, perfumes and Regent Seven Seas Cruises logo items. Toiletries and convenience items are also available for purchase. The boutiques may be closed occasionally while in port due to local government regulations.
How do I pay for purchases onboard?
All financial transactions on a Regent ship are charged through an onboard account you set up when you board the ship. You will provide a credit card or a cash deposit and then all purchases will be applied to your suite. You can conveniently charge all of your shipboard purchases (ultra-premium beverages, spa services, ship souvenirs, pictures and Regent Choice Shore Excursions) to your suite. On the last night of the cruise, a statement of all of your charges will be delivered to you and charged to your credit card. If you do not have a credit card, you can leave cash deposit upon embarkation to open your onboard account. You may need to replenish this cash throughout the week if the purser's desk notifies you. Any unused cash will be refunded to you at the end of the cruise. Cash is accepted in the casino.
Should I tip onboard?
Gratuities are included in the cruise fare for all Regent Seven Seas Cruises employees. If you feel strongly about expressing gratitude to the crew, you will be encouraged to make a donation to the Crew Welfare Fund at the Purser Office. This money is utilized for crew parties and events.
What is "open seating"?
You can dine whenever, wherever and with whomever you choose during regular dining hours. In some of the alternative restaurants, reservations are required.
What beverages are included?
Regent Seven Seas Cruises includes unlimited, complimentary beverages in the cruise fare. Enjoy fine wines, beers and premium spirits along with bottled water, coffee and soft drinks. A connoisseur's list of ultra-premium wines and liquors are available for purchase.
What is Regent Seven Seas Cruises' alcohol policy?
The minimum drinking age across Regent Seven Seas' fleet is twenty-one (21) years of age or older. On embarkation day, you are permitted to bring unsealed and unopened bottles of wine or champagne to be enjoyed onboard. Alcohol purchased in ports-of-call may be stored and consumed in your suite.
What is the dress code onboard Regent Seven Seas' ships?
Casual wear is appropriate for daytime onboard or ashore, and consists of resort-style attire. Bathing suits are not permitted in the restaurants or lounges at any time. Casual wear, including shorts and jeans, is not appropriate after 6:00pm. Recommended evening attire is Elegant Casual resort wear and Formal Optional. Cruises of fifteen nights or less will be Elegant Casual for the duration Cruises of sixteen nights or more will have two Formal Optional nights Elegant Casual dinner dress includes skirt, or slacks with blouse or sweater, pant suit or dress for ladies; slacks and collared shirt for gentlemen. Sport jackets are optional. Jeans, shorts, t-shirts or tennis shoes are not to be worn at dinner. Ties are not required. While you are welcome to dress Elegant Casual each evening, during Formal Optional evenings, you may opt for a more formal choice of clothing including gowns and cocktail dresses for ladies; tuxedos, dinner jackets or dark suit with tie for gentlemen. On the night prior to disembarkation, Regent Seven Seas Cruises will relax the dress code for dinner to Casual in order to accommodate packing luggage for early morning flights. Once onboard, the suggested evening dress code will be listed on the front page of your ship's daily newsletter.
What is Regent Seven Seas Cruises' smoking policy?
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and crew onboard, smoking is prohibited in all suites, staterooms and balconies fleet-wide. In addition, cigarette, electronic cigarette or cigar smoking is not permitted in any enclosed dining areas, whether it is the ships' main dining rooms, the alternate dining venues or the outdoor dining areas. Electronic cigarette smoking is permitted throughout Regent ships with the exception of the dining areas mentioned above. Cigarette smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the outdoor pool area and the following public rooms: Seven Seas Voyager: Connoisseur Club, Horizon Lounge (Outdoor one side designated area), Pool area (Designated area opposite side of the Pool Bar) Seven Seas Mariner: Connoisseur Club, Horizon Lounge (Outdoor one side designated area), Pool area (Designated area opposite side of the Pool Bar) Seven Seas Navigator: Connoisseur Club, Galileo's (Outdoor one side designated area), Pool area (Designated area opposite side of the Pool Bar) Cigar Smoking is only permitted in the Connoisseur Club and the designated area on the opposite side of the Pool Bar. Pipe smoking is only permitted in the Connoisseur Club. Pipe smoking in open deck areas is considered an extreme fire hazard and is not permitted. Failure to comply with Regent Seven Seas Cruises' smoking policy will result in a request to leave the ship at your expense, without refund or credit for the unused portion of your cruise.
Where can I store my valuables?
Each suite onboard is equipped with a personal safe with an electronic combination lock. Dimensions of the safe: 4 inches deep, 14 inches wide, 7 inches high. Regent Seven Seas Cruises is not responsible for any personal articles such as money, jewelry, cameras, binoculars, documents or any other items, which you retain personally or in your suite.
