Regent Seven Seas Cancellation and Refund Policy
The following policies shall apply to any and all Regent Seven Seas (formerly Radisson Seven Seas) cancellations. You must submit your cancellation in writing to your travel agent and we will then notify Regent Seven Seas. Depending upon when the cruise is canceled, a cancellation charge may apply. We highly recommend Travel Insurance to protect yourself from penalties assessed for canceling due to medical reasons for yourself or family members.

All refunds are subject to incurred costs for hotel, air and ground services where applicable. Within 65 days, a 100% cancellation fee will apply to air, land and hotel programs.
Refunds will be made to the booking travel agency or to the passenger's credit card. Cruise and air tickets must be returned prior to any refunds being processed. Regent Seven Seas can only be responsible for refunding amounts actually received. Regent Seven Seas is unable to provide refunds for lost tickets, tickets not used (in whole or in part) or for Guests who fail to bring travel and health documents as required. No refunds will be made to passengers who did not board the ship or passengers who cancel after the start of the cruise.
Once a booking has a deposit, all changes may be subject to service charges per change.
Absolutely NO Exceptions will be made on cancellation or change charges. We highly recommend the purchase of Travel Protection Insurance.
