What are the deposit requirements?
To confirm a Regent Seven Seas Cruises booking, a deposit is required. The deposit is based on the length of the cruise and a calculated percentage of the total vacation cost. For cruises 25 nights or less, a 15 % deposit is required. For cruises 25 nights or longer, a 20% deposit is required.
Are children allowed on Regent Seven Seas Cruises?
Infants must be one year of age as of the first day of sailing to board a Regent Seven Seas ship. Denial of boarding for infants that do not satisfy this minimum age requirement will also result in the denial of boarding for one or more guests sailing with that infant. No refunds or other compensation shall be due from Regent Seven Seas Cruises to anyone as a result of the denial of boarding to an underage infant or any accompanying guests.
Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted onboard unless traveling in the same stateroom with an adult 18 years or older.
Guests must be 18 years or older to use equipment provided in the onboard Fitness Center, with the exception of children aged 16 or 17 years of age, who may use the equipment in this facility if accompanied by a parent or other legal guardian at all times.
Special promotional rates are available for children on select sailings. To be eligible, the child must be under the age of 18. Regent Seven Seas Cruises provides a Club Mariner youth program, on select sailings only. Please contact your RegentCruises.com Cruise Expert for details.

Does Regent Seven Seas Cruise offer hotel and land programs?
Yes, you have the option to purchase hotel stays and land programs in order to extend your Regent Seven Seas vacation. Stay an extra night in your port of embarkation or disembarkation, or select a special exclusive land package in some of the most prestigious hotels in the world. Pricing for hotel and land programs include room, tax, service charges, full breakfast, porterage and transfers as applicable. Regent Seven Seas Cruises reserves the right to substitute hotels.
Some optional land programs are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of participants is not achieved. Cancellation penalties apply on land and hotel programs cancelled within 90 days of departure.
If you are participating in Regent Seven Seas Cruises Air/Sea Program, and not making changes to the air schedule, you will receive airport transfers to/from the pier or hotel.
If arranging flights independently, you may purchase a private car transfer from the airport to the pier at least 30 days prior to departure. Motorcoach airport transfers cannot be booked for guests with independent flight arrangements prior to sailing.
All post-cruise transfers can only be booked on board at the Destination Services desk.

Should pregnant guests have any special documentation?
Regent Seven Seas Cruises cannot accept guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during, the cruise.
If you are in an earlier stage of pregnancy, a physicians Fit to Travel note must be submitted to Regent Seven Seas Cruises prior to sailing. This documentation must include a statement from your physician stating how far long (in weeks) your pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that you are in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy. The Fit to Travel note should be faxed to 305-514-2222 to the attention of Special Services.
